In honor of National Daiquiri Day, whip up one of our Classic Lemon Daiquiris. These cocktails are perfect for front-porch sipping on a hot summer day, and are best paired with your favorite Hemingway novel.
Classic Lemon Daiquiri (makes 1)
· 1.5 oz White Rum
· 1.5 oz Simple syrup
· .75 oz Lemon juice
Simple Syrup recipe:
Boil 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, undisturbed. Let cool. Store in sealed container in fridge for up to two weeks.
